Ekht Manouche is more than a Lebanese bakery; it is a family legacy passed from one generation to the next, from a father to his two sons, preserving the authenticity of the original bakery while evolving it for a new generation.
The rebranding is built around the wheat seed, symbolizing growth, continuity, and inheritance, with the three wheat elements representing the father and his two sons, as well as the three core pillars of the brand: family, authenticity, and tradition.
The color palette is inspired directly by the traditional bakery environment: black from the traditional saj oven, white from flour, wheat gold from the wheat itself, and grey from the ashes, creating a warm, raw, and organic visual identity.
The wheat element is extended beyond the logo to create patterns, shapes, illustrations, and playful stickers that bring personality and interaction to packaging, signage, uniforms, interiors, and social media.
